Beauty Cupboard Favourite: Bio Oil

This is something everyone should have - its definitely a store cupboard favourite (even if you don't use it all the time)! 

Bio Oil is a specialist skin care oil which is designed to improve the appearance of scaring, stretch mark's and also claims to help even skin tone out. I always wondered if this was one of those over hyped products that everyone went on about, but it really does work. 

It has really helped to gradually make the scaring on my face disappear and has kept my face looking more healthy and radiant. Most people use a night cream, however for me Bio Oil is my Night time treatment - I put it on before I go to bed, concentrating it on any problem areas as well as using it to condition my eyelashes and in the morning my face feels much softer, hydrated and brighter looking. 

You do need to use it on a regularly basis to see a notable  difference but I have noticed that it's evened out my skin tone slightly and that it makes my make-up go on a lot better when applying it in the Mornings. 

Bio Oil can be purchased in both Superdrugs and Boots. Some people may think that Bio Oil is a little bit pricey but I definitely think its worth the price, you only need a tiny drop and it lasts for ages. Now thats what I call a good product!
